My Mission

Mum used to say to me “don’t sit so close to the Tele, you’ll go blind”.

Here I am a lifetime later with my eyes still glued to the screen.

I love stories, I just can’t help myself, Ive been fascinated by them since I was first read Aesop’s Fables as a small child.

My calling in life is to help you tell your great Stories

I happen to do it through Music.

A little about how wardCmusic came to be

Ward C Music is a brand new Liverpool/UK based music composition and production hub, born from Paul Pringle’s decades of innovation and composition experience. Paul is known for fusing together multiple genres of music and sound design in unique and compelling ways. His mission is to always push boundaries in an ongoing quest to bring beauty, sensitivity and meaning to new stories. Music combined with storytelling has and always will be his life passion.

Back in the 90’s  and the early noughties Paul was heavily into the then newly emerging dance music scene and had notable success with his music including reaching the number one spot in the Billboard Dance charts, signing with multiple dance music heavyweight labels including Danny Tenaglia's ‘Twisted’ label, Mute records and Deep Dish’s ‘Yoshitoshi’ label as ‘Pascal Vegas’. Other highlights included music being placed on TV and featuring in AAA games such as Sony’s ‘Wipeout’.

In the early 2000’s Paul moved away from the dance floors as it was now time to seriously pursue his life long dream of writing music for the moving image. He hung up his well worn dancing clogs and went off to study for a marathon 7 years culminating in a masters degree in composition for film from one of the most respected films schools in the world, The National Film and Television School. (NFTS) which has provided some of the past few decades most outstanding film composers. Since graduation he has been working on film and TV projects as well as music for brands and various artist and production projects, the most recent being an album release under the pseudonym ‘GOZA’.

.

Paul is fanatical about writing music to picture and collaborating to enhance the storytelling process. If you would like your next project to be a cut above the rest, please feel free to get in touch.
